Today, we learned about future in the past sentences. We have to write a story using future in past sentences as the homework. So, I would like to tell my experience by using the sentence.
My mother and I are living in New York from the last August. My father is living there from April of the last year. When he came to New York, he needed a car for his life, so he wanted to rent a car. He
searched rent a car shops on the Internet, and finally, he got a good one, so he made a reservation. He decided to go to the shop next day, so he wrote the address of the shop on a paper.
The next day, He took a train to get there. He was so excited because he was going to rent a car. However, when he got the place where he could rent a car, there was nothing but a gas station. He asked people working at the gas station about the rent a car shop, but they replied that they didn't know about that. He tried to find the shop, but he couldn't find it. Fortunately, he didn't find the money yet. This is such a strange story.
